Happy March everyone! It's almost spring! So far we have had an exciting month. Nick started an internship with Level 3 on the second. He is a product management intern. During this semester he will be working there part time, and then full time over the summer. Level 3 is a great company and we are so excited for Nick and all the opportunities this will bring him and our family. Thanks for working so hard for us honey!
Today (the 7th) is our 3 year anniversary. My parents watched Leah for us overnight on Friday so we could go out and celebrate. The past 2 years we've gone down to the Palm Restaurant in the Westin Hotel in Denver, and stayed the night there. This year we decided to do something different. We went to The Melting Pot for dinner. Neither of us had ever been there so it was a fun experience. It looks like we're making it a tradition to stuff ourselves silly on our anniversary! If you haven't been, it's definitely a good/fun restaurant, but we recommend just doing the cheese fondue and the dessert fondue, otherwise it's just way too much food!
We neglected to take pictures of our actually dinner, but this will give you an idea :)
It's been a great 3 years and we're excited for what the future holds for us and our family.

Happy Anniversary! I too am a Melting Pot fan & agree, the cheese & dessert fondue are the way to go. Oh and Congrats Nick on landing the job!
