Yay Me!
So here is my final purse, the one mentioned in this post. It's the Blossom hand/shoulder bag from Amy Butler. This purse was a beast to make. I wasn't about to give up but I seriously thought at times that I wasn't capable of finishing it. But, thanks to youtube, advice from an experienced friend, and some serious perseverance (and a few bad words) I did it! It was actually really fun to make and I have to say that I'm proud of myself given that this was the second purse pattern I have ever used. I plan on making it again in the future, I definitely learned a lot while making this purse. I tend to be a little bit of a perfectionist, so I want to make another one and see if I can work out the kinks. Oh, and in case your wondering, the fabric is Ty Pennington Impressions Home Dec in Chartreuse. Stay tuned for future projects, I have a few in the works :)

It looks lovely! If it helps, I've never had much patience for making bags like these. Worth it in the end, but oh man what a hassle. :)
