So here are our final crafts, we had a wonderful craft month!! Hope you all did too :)
Leah's finished plate. The date on it is the date she made it, I wanted to remember it. And it turns out it was her 22 month birthday :) (Just a cute side note; while she was painting it she looked at me and said "I doin' so good mom!")
And my finished craft. This is the Teardrop bag from Amy Butler's
Style Stitches book. And the fabric is from her
Love collection. I really like the style of the bag, and I adore this fabric. The one thing I'm not sure about is if I like the fabric for this specific bag. I think the next bag I make I will have to go for a more subtle fabric, something that will go with more :). But the good news is, the bag was easy to make and I still have a lot of this fabric left over for something else. I'm curious though, what do you think? Is the fabric too much for the bag?
