This past Saturday (the 7th) was Nick and I's 2 year wedding anniversary. Last year we went and stayed a night at the Westin hotel in Denver and ate at the Palm restaurant in the hotel. We had such a good time, that we decided to go again this year. The hotel is really nice, and it's just fun to be somewhere different for a night. The restaurant is AMAZING and they have the best cheesecake in the world, although it's so sweet, it's probably best to only eat it once a year! Anyways, I just want to say that it's been a wonderful two years, so much has changed in our lives, and we are loving every new adventure! I love you honey!

Nick at the Palm with his surf and turf. The Lobster was 1lb 1/2! Nick's face is hilarious, eating this lobster was quite the task, but it was good!
And the cheesecake. This is seriously the best cheesecake I've ever had. It is flown in from Brooklyn and is just delicious. Needless to say, we had trouble walking after this meal we we're so full. But it's worth it!
